Margherita Moscardini Artist
Margherita Moscardini was born in Donoratico, Livorno, in 1981. She lives and works in Donoratico, Castagneto Carducci (Italy). She studied Cultural Anthropology and attended the XIV CSAV, Fondazione Antonio Ratti in Como with Yona Friedman in 2008. She has been guest artist of the MMCA Seoul and ISCP New York. She also won a fellowship at the Italian Academy for advanced Studies at Columbia University in New York. She also won the first edition of Pinacoteca Giovanni e Marella Agnelli Prize in 2007, creating a permanent work in the district prison Le Vallette in Turin.
Moscardini's works has been exhibited at IIC in Istanbul, Song Eun Art Space Seoul, MAXXI Foundation in Rome, and Palazzo Reale in Milan.
